Terms of Use
Effective date: 9 October 2026
In short: QUE Stage is licensed to you through the App Store under Apple's standard licence terms. You pay by subscription, you own your show files, and you remain responsible for how your lights are used during a performance.
1. Who we are
QUE Stage is developed and published by Okan Temizarabacı, Bursa, Turkey. Contact: info@matukufilm.com.
2. Licence
QUE Stage is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms add to that agreement; where they conflict, Apple's agreement prevails.
3. Subscription
- QUE Stage is free to download. Full use requires a monthly or yearly subscription purchased through the App Store, with a free trial of seven days for new subscribers.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings. Cancelling stops the next payment; the app keeps working until the paid period ends.
- One subscription covers Mac, iPad and iPhone signed in with the same Apple ID. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy.
- Prices are shown in the App Store in your local currency and may change; a change applies from the next renewal and the App Store will notify you.
4. Your show files
Projects you create (.que files and exported packages) are yours. They are stored on your own devices; we have no access to them and no obligation to back them up. Please keep your own backups.
5. Use on stage
QUE Stage is a control tool. It sends commands to a Philips Hue Bridge over your local network; the Bridge, the lights, the network and the devices you run the app on are outside our control. You are responsible for testing your setup before a performance, for keeping a safe fallback, and for compliance with venue and safety rules. QUE Stage is not a safety system and must not be relied on for emergency or safety lighting.
6. Philips Hue
Philips Hue is a trademark of Signify. QUE Stage is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Signify. Hue hardware and the Hue app are subject to Signify's own terms.
7. Library content
Palettes and effects published on this website are free to use in your own shows. You may not resell them as your own product.
8. No warranty and limitation of liability
QUE Stage is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss arising during a performance, loss of show files, or loss of income. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
9. Changes
We may update QUE Stage and these Terms. Material changes to the Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
